Patch 8.3: Olha noix voltando aí...

Novidades do patch 8.3 após a libertação de N’zoth:
·                        Nova Raid: N’ylotha
Ø  Wrathion, the Black Emperor: Despite all his schemes, Wrathion could not avoid succumbing to the madness that claimed his father. With his mind corrupted by N'Zoth, the Black Prince is a force of unbridled hatred, capable of annihilating all who oppose him in blood and flame.
Ø  Maut: When the breaking of N'Zoth's prison unleashed his Aqir across Azeroth, their dark prophets set about constructing an obsidian statue imbued with the void essence of the Old God himself. The moment Maut sprung to life it consumed the magic of its creators, leaving their corpses to rot beneath the scorching sun of Uldum.
Ø  The Prophet Skitra: Prophet Skitra is a master of twisting his victims minds, until they are unable to discern reality from the terrors he creates.
Ø  Dark Inquisitor Xanesh: There are few who can resist N'Zoth's whispers, but those who do are doomed to fall under Dark Inquisitor Xanesh's wrath. A mastermind of torture, Xanesh prides herself on slowly peeling the sanity from of her victims until they have been carved into true worshippers of the Black Empire.
This is the boss shown to be torturing Azshara, with torturing tools being part of the encounter.
Ø  The Hivemind: Generals of N'Zoth's aqir army, Ka'zir and Tek'ris are able to exert their will over the hive. Each feels they are the dominant leader and will wrest control from the other, changing the tactics of their minions.
Ø  Shad'har the Insatiable: One of N'Zoth's more abberrant creations, Shad'har the Insatiable devours anything he can. Fed by slurry secreted from the walls of its domain, this ravenous beast is wracked in constant torment as the very thing that sustains him also causes radical mutations.
Ø  Drest'agath: The great form of Drest'agath slumbered beneath the Black Empire, until she was awakened by N'Zoth's return. Now, she rises to the surface, like a great boil on the verge of bursting. Parts of Drest'agath have already broken the surface, threatening to spill her pestilence across Azeroth.
Ø  Vexiona: Vexiona amassed a following of lost souls desperate for power with the promise of being reborn in N'Zoth's image. High atop her temple within the Black Empire she transforms her most loyal servants with the power of the Void, creating a devoted army of unstoppable horrors.
Ø  Ra-den the Despoiled: Deep within the Black Empire, the Keeper's fate is revealed. Now corrupted by N'Zoth, Ra-Den works to make his master's vision of the Black Empire a reality.
Ø  Il'gynoth, Corruption Reborn: After defeat in the Emerald Nightmare, Il'gynoth retreated to the depths of Ny'alotha. Here, he has merged with the very architecture of N'Zoth's plane. Spreading like a malignant tumor, Il'gynoth's corruption continues to feed on everything he touches.
Ø  Carapace of N'Zoth: A writhing mass of flesh, eyes, and tentacles ley like a mountain ahead. Tendrils of corruption and fear seep from the hulking body. This is the core of the Black Empire, the seat of N'Zoth's power, within the body of a god.
Ø  N'Zoth, the Corruptor: Despite being imprisoned deep beneath the waves by the titan-forged, N'Zoth's influence continued to corrupt Azeroth. Now, for the first time in millenia, the true form of N'Zoth the Corruptor is revealed. Unless he is stopped, the Black Empire will plunge Azeroth into an eternity of darkness.

·                        World Boss
Grand Empress Shek'zara: With the awakening of N'Zoth, Shek'zara, empress of the mantid, pledged her swarm to the old god's will. In service of her dark master, she unleashed her forces upon the Vale of Eternal Blossoms to claim Pandaria in N'Zoth's name.

Mudanças de classes:

In our next major content update, Visions of N'Zoth, we're working on some tuning updates to a few specs that are under- and over-performing in various ways.[/div]
Developers' notes: Specs which excel at DoTs on multiple targets have, over the course of many tiers of content, generally had very high performance on the average. Their DPS advantage in raid encounters that play into their multi-target strength (which are relatively common) is not balanced by a comparable disadvantage in other areas. A small reduction in damage on these specs will leave them noticeably strong in the situations in which they're strong (albeit slightly less than before), and give other specs more opportunity to stand out at other times. At the same time, a few of the Essences added in Rise of Azshara are not performing as well as we would have liked, so we're increasing the effectiveness of some parts of them to help keep them competitive with the other Essences available.
With the first build of the update on our Public Test Realm (PTR), you will see the following changes:
Classes
  • Druid
    • Balance
      •  Fogo Lunar damage and periodic damage reduced by 10%.
      •  Fogo Solar damage and periodic damage reduced by 10%.
      • High Noon (Azerite Trait) damage increased by 11%.
      • Power of the Moon (Azerite Trait) damage increased by 11%.
  •  Mago
  • Monk
    • Brewmaster
      • Stamina bonus reduced to 30% (was 35%).
      •  Cambalear percentage reduced to 90% of Agility (was 105%).
      •  Alta Tolerância now increases the effectiveness of  Cambalear by 5% (was 8%).
        • Developers' notes: Brewmaster's extremely high effective health against Physical damage meant that they are rarely in danger against spike damage that threatens other tanks. This should still be a strength of Brewmaster, but not by such a wide margin.
      • Fixed a bug causing  Dádiva do Boi orbs to spawn too often for players with high amounts of Stamina.
    • Mistweaver
      •  Bruma Crescente healing increased 30%, and now extends Heal-over-time effects by 3 seconds (was 2 seconds). [Coming in a future PTR build]
        • Developers' note: This talent is currently overshadowed on its row, and we want to make sure it's competitive enough to make its unique playstyle a viable option.
      •  Casulo de Vida now absorbs for 55% of the caster's maximum health (was 1100% of the caster's spellpower). [Coming in a future PTR build]
        • Developers' note: This ability had gotten weaker compared to player health pools since the start of the expansion, and this will help it better maintain its value.
    • Windwalker
      •  Chute do Sol Nascente damage increased by 25%.
      •  Chute Blecaute damage increased by 10%.
        • Developers' note: These changes are intended to help Windwalkers perform better in single-target fights.
  •  Paladino
    • Holy
      • Glimmer of Light (Azerite Trait) may now be applied to a maximum of 8 targets.
        • Developers' notes: Over the past year, builds centered around this trait have steadily pulled ahead of all other  Paladino Sagrado playstyles, and to some extent all other healers in high-end content. This change is meant to preserve the gameplay of the trait, but limit the ability to increase its value drastically by stacking every possible bonus that reduces  Choque Sagrado cooldown.
  •  Sacerdote
    • Discipline
      •  Expiação healing reduced to 50% (was 55%).
      • Mastery:  Graça effectiveness increased by 12%.
        • Developers' notes: Discipline's ability to contribute both damage and healing is slightly too high for what one character can bring to a group composition. At the same time, we're making their Mastery stat slightly more attractive.
    • Shadow
· Affliction
  •  Seta da Morte now deals 20% of the total remaining damage of the  Bruxo's damage over time effects on the target (was 30%).
    • Developers' note: Under certain conditions,  Seta da Morte provides a degree of single target burst damage that feels out of line for a spec designed around damage-over-time spells. Additionally, it has been the dominant choice for Affliction's level 15 talent row for much of the expansion. We're reducing its effectiveness to bring it more in line with the other two options in that row.
Essences
  •  Ressonância da Veia do Mundo
    • Major rank 1, when used, now additionally causes you to gain +50% bonus to stats from Lifeblood Shards for 10 seconds.
  •  Visão da Perfeição
    • Proc rate increased by 12%.
  • Unbound Force
    • Major rank 1 damage increased by 40%.
    • Minor rank 1 duration increased to 4 seconds (was 3 seconds).
    • Minor rank 3 increase of duration increased to 2 seconds (was 1 second).
  •  Protocolo de Purificação
    • Major rank 1 damage increased by 15%.
    • Major rank 2 now has the potential work on targets that are part of raid and dungeon encounters.
  •  Condutor de Vitalidade
    • We've rebuilt the way this Essences works, and it should be visually more impactful, as you will now see healing on your targets.
As always, changes like these are a work in progress. We are likely to make further adjustments for testing throughout the PTR.
Thank you very much for your testing and feedback!
